隱私權政策

Wooden Ren Education Co., Ltd.（以下簡稱「我們」「木頭仁」）重視您的隱私權。本政策說明我們在 woodenren.com、designer.woodenren.com、woodenrenclass.com、woodenren.easy.co 等網域如何蒐集、使用、儲存您的個人資料。

一、蒐集的資料

• 聯絡資料：訂閱電子報、聯絡表單、訂製諮詢、業配合作信件中提供的姓名、Email、電話。
• 交易資料：訂閱 Designer 或購買工具時的訂單、發票、付款憑證（金流由 ECPay 綠界、EasyStore 處理）。
• 瀏覽資料：Cookies、瀏覽記錄、IP 位址，由 Vercel Analytics、Google Search Console 蒐集。

二、資料用途

• 提供您訂閱的電子報、課程內容、訂製諮詢回覆。
• 處理訂單與發票開立。
• 分析網站流量以改善內容。
• 法律遵循與爭議處理。

三、資料分享

我們不會販售您的個人資料。僅在下列情況分享必要資訊給第三方服務商：

• 金流：綠界 ECPay（訂閱付款）
• 電子報：Kit（ConvertKit）
• 電商：EasyStore（網路商店）
• 寄信：Resend（系統信件）
• 分析：Vercel Analytics、Google Search Console

四、您的權利

依《個人資料保護法》，您可以：

• 查詢或閱覽您的個人資料
• 請求製給複製本
• 請求補充、更正、停止處理或刪除

五、Cookies

網站使用必要 Cookies 維持登入狀態與分析流量。您可以在瀏覽器設定停用 Cookies，但部分功能可能受影響。

六、YouTube API 服務（YouTube API Services）

我們的內部上片工具使用 YouTube API 服務，只用來管理我們自己的 YouTube 頻道（木頭仁 Wooden Ren、Large Lying Models）：上傳影片、設定排程、新增多國語言標題與字幕、讀取自家頻道的觀看數據。工具不對外開放，不會存取任何其他使用者的 YouTube 帳戶或資料。

• 使用本工具即表示同意 YouTube 服務條款，並受 Google 隱私權政策 規範。
• 授權權杖只存在我們自己的電腦，不分享、不販售給任何第三方。
• 可隨時到 Google 安全性設定頁 撤銷授權；撤銷後我們會在 7 天內刪除本機保存的權杖與從 API 取得的資料，自家頻道數據最多保存 30 天。

English: Our internal publishing tool uses YouTube API Services solely to manage our own YouTube channels (uploading videos, scheduling, adding localized titles and captions, and reading our own channel analytics). It does not access any other user's YouTube account or data. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service; see also the Google Privacy Policy. OAuth tokens are stored only on our own machines and never shared or sold. Access can be revoked at any time via the Google security settings page; after revocation we delete stored tokens and API data within 7 days, and our own channel analytics are kept no longer than 30 days.
